Rhythm Ekkamai is a condominium project developed AP collaborated with MEC. It is a 32-story high rise condominium, consisting of 1 building and 326 residential units on the land area over 1 rai. The construction project was completed in 2017.

The rooms are fully-fitted provided with a kitchen counter and bathroom sanitary ware built-in. It is 12mm thick of laminate flooring. The floor in the kitchen is paved with marble pattern granite tiles, and the bathroom and balcony are covered with ceramic tiles. The sliding windows in the room are black aluminum frame. More importantly, the kitchen counter is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, sink, and electric hob and hood from Franke, Kohler, and Grohe brands.
