Pullman Living Sukhumvit 16: A Long-Awaited Comeback in a Prime Bangkok Location

Exciting news is stirring in the heart of Sukhumvit Soi 16: the long-anticipated Pullman Living Sukhumvit 16 project has officially passed EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) approval, marking a major milestone for this high-potential development.

Originally launched in 2019 under the name The Collection 16, the project has now been rebranded and repositioned under the prestigious Pullman Living name—bringing fresh energy and a stronger hospitality-led identity to the site.

Developed by Siamese Asset, the project faced a few challenges en route to approval. One key revision involved a strategic trade-off: the original design included a skybridge connecting the front hotel tower to the rear residential tower, which has now been removed to meet regulatory requirements. As a result, the development will now operate as two distinct buildings—Pullman Hotel at the front, and Pullman Residences tucked privately at the rear.

Despite this change, the Pullman Living concept remains an exciting addition to Bangkok’s growing branded residence scene.
