Bangkok, Thailand - The iconic Porsche Design Tower is now officially under construction in the heart of Bangkok, marking the arrival of the brand’s flagship branded residence in Thailand and setting a new benchmark for luxury living in the region.

Developed in collaboration with Porsche Design, the project brings together world-class architecture, cutting-edge technology, and the brand’s signature design ethos, creating a residence that seamlessly blends performance, innovation, and timeless style.

The tower is set to introduce a new standard of urban living in Bangkok, with residences featuring bespoke interiors, state-of-the-art amenities, and exclusive services tailored to the discerning lifestyle of its residents. Construction is now underway, with completion targeted for 2028. Upon delivery, the Porsche Design Tower will redefine what it means to live in a branded residence in Bangkok, setting a new benchmark for exclusivity, design, and service.

Construction Milestone: Porsche Design’s first Asian luxury branded residential project broke ground in Bangkok’s prestigious Thonglor area on September 25, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.

Exclusive Branded residences: The tower will feature only 22 ultraluxury duplex and quadplex “Sky Villas” ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters on Sukhumvit 38.

Signature “Passion Spaces”: Private in unit garages that residents can customise to showcase luxury car collections or convert into sophisticated entertainment areas.

Innovative Design Features: Includes the automated “Kinetic Move” terrace system, “The Crown” lighting signature, and “X-Frame” architectural element inspired by Porsche’s design language.

Premium Amenities: Each residence includes a private swimming pool, plus shared facilities like a 25-meter pool, fitness center, spa, and business facilities with spiral ramp access.

Experienced Partnership: The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok distinguishes itself through a pioneering partnership between Porsche Design, renowned for its design excellence, and luxury Thai property developer Ananda Development.
